Save at least half of the chips, and put them aside. Blend the rest in your recipe as usual. Just before you place your batch of cookies into the oven, place two or three chocolate chips strategically on top of each cookie, pressing down slightly. Bake as usual. To make your cookies really sparkle, sprinkle each one with a little sea salt as they sit and cool. Now you’re ready to open a cookie store!
