If you use hair gel, mousse, hair spray or other commercial products, try this rinse to get rid of the sticky buildup they leave. Pour 6 tablespoons of flat beer in 1 cup of warm water. Get in the shower and pour the mixture through your hair. Rinse and shampoo as usual.
