Put a few ice cubes in a resealable, plastic produce bag, and place it on top of the gum stuck to your garment. Leave the ice bag in place for 15 minutes. Or place the gummy garment in a plastic bag, and stick it in your freezer for one hour.
Gum shrinks and hardens when it gets cold, making it easy to peel away from fabric.
