Get the most out of your cheese grating without the mess!

Here’s what to do…

Before you cut or grate a block of cheese, put the wedge in the freezer for about 20 minutes. This will prevent it from clinging to the knife or the grater.

If you don’t have time to freeze your cheese, lightly spray your grater with nonstick vegetable oil spray. The spray helps keep the cheese from sticking…but not for long. You may have to reapply.
