Seeds from spaghetti or winter squash are a delicious alternative to pumpkin seeds. After you remove the seeds from the squash, rinse and let dry overnight on a tray or cloth towel. Do not use paper towels as the seeds will stick to the paper. No need to hull, you can roast and eat the whole seed. Arrange on a baking tray, spray with some olive oil and salt. Roast in the oven at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
