This can cause low energy and libido, memory loss and erectile issues. Normal testosterone levels range from 300 to 900. Dr. Geo says that it is important to maintain normal testosterone levels whether or not a man is experiencing symptoms. Natural ways to do this include getting appropriate sleep, maintaining vitamin D levels, managing stress, keeping body fat low and regularly exercising large muscles, such as the legs and back.
