No More Foot Blisters

0

Get out there, you slacker, and do some hiking in the wilderness. It’ll lift your spirits! What? You hate the painful blisters that pop up by the end of the day? Here’s what to do…

To prevent blisters, generously apply any type of stick antiperspirant or deodorant to the bottom of your feet before you go jogging or hiking. The antiperspirant should prevent the friction that causes blisters. You can also use other types of lubricants to prevent blisters, such as petroleum jelly (available at drugstores) and BodyGlide (available at sporting-goods stores or online at Bodyglide.com).

More easy foot care…
