When making meatloaf, place one or two slices of uncooked bacon on the bottom of the pan beneath the loaf…then cook the loaf according to your recipe. Not only will this add a little extra flavor, but it will also keep the meatloaf from sticking, making cleanup (and leftover collecting) a breeze!
