Researchers may have found just the answer you are looking for.

According to a recent study of more than 4,500 adults, short, intense bouts of moderate-to-vigorous exercise, such as stair-climbing or brisk walking, every day are sufficient to lose or maintain weight.

What to do: If you’re short on time, do high-intensity exercise one minute at a time throughout the day.
