If you like your biscuits to be crusty, space them out on the baking sheet. If you like soft-sided biscuits, line them up next to one another with the sides touching. For browner biscuits, lightly spray the tops with butter-flavored cooking oil or brush lightly with melted butter before baking. To keep them warm on the table, line a small basket with aluminum foil, add hot biscuits, then cover lightly with a napkin. It’s toasty biscuits till dessert.
