Some wrinkles bring character and wisdom to our faces…some. Well…If you don’t feel like spending big bucks on wrinkle treatments that may not work or if you want to go au naturel with your skin-care treatments, help can be found in your kitchen…

Nutritious yogurt facial: Baby your face with this wrinkle-fighting facial. Blend equal amounts of plain whole yogurt and brewer’s yeast (a tablespoon or two usually does the trick) until smooth. Spread it on your face and neck, and leave it there for 20 minutes. Then rinse off with tepid water and pat dry. Do this twice a week.

Secret French milk bath: This is a secret formula for wrinkle-free skin from a French beauty we know. (She never seems to age!) Combine and bring to a boil one cup of whole milk, two teaspoons of lemon juice and one tablespoon of brandy. Remove from heat. While the mixture is still warm (not hot!), paint it on your face and neck with a pastry brush. (Yes, you will feel like a delectable pastry.) When it is thoroughly dry, wash off the residue with warm water and pat dry with a freshly laundered towel. Do this three times a week for beautiful skin and fewer wrinkles. French women are the envy of women worldwide when it comes to beautiful skin!

Rich oil eye-wrinkle eraser: With your fingertips, apply two or three drops of castor oil on the delicate area around the eyes to reduce eye wrinkles. Do this every night just before you go to bed, and remove any residue in the morning with your usual face wash. You should see fewer lines in about a month or so (after which you can oil up just a few nights a week). Castor oil is a natural emollient that will make your skin soft and supple. Or, if you can find it, try almond oil. Rub in a few drops twice a day. Both oils contain vitamin E, which your skin loves.
