Taylor, PhD, is a professor of exercise and health psychology and director of research, sport and health sciences at the College of Life and Environmental Sciences at the University of Exeter in England. He is the coauthor, with Hwajung Oh (who recently completed her PhD at the University of Exeter), of a study on walking and chocolate consumption published in Appetite.
