Eric A. Manterfield, an attorney specializing in estate planning, family business succession planning and probate litigation with Krieg DeVault, an Indianapolis-based law firm. He served as adjunct professor of estate planning at Indiana University School of Law for 30 years and is author of “Estate Planning for Couples in a Second Marriage,” a paper published in Journal of Practical Estate Planning that later was reprinted in book form (American Law Institute).
