Mathias Basner, MD, PhD, at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, where he is Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, Director of the Behavioral Regulation and Health Section, and Director, Unit for Experimental Psychiatry, Division of Sleep and Chronobiology. He is President of the International Commission of Biological Effects of Noise (ICBEN).
