Have you been too busy, too tired…insert excuse here…to floss? You might have a little extra plaque that makes the process difficult. Here’s what to do…
Dampen a length of high-quality dental floss, and dip it in baking soda. Then floss with it. The baking soda will help remove the plaque buildup. Baking soda also neutralizes acids in the mouth, which reduces acid-loving bacteria and promotes healthy gums. Add baking soda periodically (once or twice a week) to your daily flossing routine (that’s right…you should floss every day) and your entire mouth will feel fresh and clean.
