Osama Hamdy, MD, PhDAgain, hunger scale will be the best way. Hunger scale, the scale of five. 1 is starving…2 is hungry…3 is I am okay…4, I am full…5, I am stuffed. Don’t eat until you are in the hungry…don’t wait until you are starving. Leave the table immediately when you are at 3 or 4, you are OK or you are full. Don’t wait until you are stuffed entirely. Eat and stop and evaluate your scale. Eat slowly, and you will get satisfied much better.
