Fish is good food. But after a fish fry, your pan can smell like the sea. And you don’t want fishy eggs in the morning! Here’s what to do…
After your fish is prepared, get rid of the fishy smell by washing the pan with distilled white vinegar. Make sure your pan is nonreactive, which means you should not use this vinegar treatment on aluminum, copper or cast iron (unless it’s coated with enamel). Nonstick is A-OK!
