Klaus Fuglsang Kofoed, MD, PhD, is a cardiologist and head of the Cardiac CT Research Unit at Copenhagen University Hospital-Rigshospitalet, and clinical associate professor in the department of clinical medicine at University of Copenhagen in Denmark. He is senior author of the study “Subclinical Coronary Atherosclerosis and Risk for Myocardial Infarction in a Danish Cohort” published in Annals of Internal Medicine.
